Shipping Policy

Orders placed on Audhep.com will be shipped and are expected to reach the customer's address within 5 - 8 days after the order is placed.

Return Policy

Most of the products on our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Audhep packaging. Custom - made products are not eligible for return or exchange. Audhep.com will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation process.
